I have recently started treating a patient with a weight problem. This poor lady is very overweight – to the point where she has to use crutches to walk. Absolutely no problems with relaxation, responses etc., and last week she went along perfectly with the verbal yes/no responses.
I was rather concerned however, because it occurred to me during that session, that when I introduce IMR with her next time, that I can’t actually see over her to her right hand due to the sheer size of her.
