There was a short 15 minute session between session 7 (‘reinterpretation’) and session 8 (‘checking’) where therapist and patient met online. The patient reported having enjoyed subtle changes to her ARFID and had been pleased to note that she had tried a number of new foods – this had felt effortless and “not a big deal” and she only recalled having done so during our discussion.
