Question: A new client is coming for help to locate a misplaced piece of jewellery. He understands that I can only help him to retrieve information that he originally had and that if someone else moved the item, I can’t help him. He had a jeweller clean the ring and he and his girlfriend collected it and brought it home, but now can’t remember which one of them put it away or where.
