So you’ve completed the training course, you’ve passed the exam and you can picture a happy path of beaming and satisfied patients ahead of you. But if the training has taught us anything it’s that no matter how long any path is, there must always be a first step. There must always be a first client. So who should this be?
There are of course many different options for this: an obliging friend or relative in want of a cure perhaps? Or just launching straight into the general public?
Both the above options have pros and cons I am sure, but I can only speak from my own experience and I wanted to offer you a little guidance on how to make the most out of a third option:
