Question:
I have a client who answers my questions before I have finished asking the question, so she sometimes answers after only hearing half the question!
At the end of the question either she doesn’t answer again as she believes she’s already given the answer or she’ll just repeat her answer.
Obviously I can’t trust her answers – what can I do?
The reason behind this will be different dependent on the type of question you are asking and where she interrupts you.
