IMR Misunderstandings

There are many articles spread throughout the journals regarding IMR, but having heard many comments recently it would appear that throughout treatment the role of IMR is misunderstood. I have been in the same predicament myself, therefore as I put pen to paper I shall use the royal ‘we’. I have heard such comments as: –
