Question: I’m just wondering about the CDs I give to clients to take home.
The chap I’m seeing religiously listens to the CD every day (so he tells me!) therefore I’m giving him a new CD at every session. What do you do when this happens, because before long I’m going run out of CDs to give him!
With the CDs or audio files for my patients, I start with ES1, then go through the five others as explained and as given out on the Practical Course.
That is six session’s worth to start with, or looking at it the other way,
