Question: Treatment seems to be going ok, but I’m running out of CDs to give my patient. I am going to give her [At Ease] this week, but what will I give her next as that is all of them?
Are there any scripts which could be used specifically for panic attacks, or are there some others that I should use next?
Firstly do NOT, under any circumstances whatsoever, think about giving a CD on a specific symptom, unless you are confident that you have found and corrected the cause of it.
At best it will slow down treatment, at worst it will prevent you from achieving a cure altogether!
