Length of Recordings

What is the optimal length for recordings that patients use at home? What are the disadvantages of being too long or too short?

One frequently asked question is on the optimal length of recordings which the patient is asked to listen to in-between appointments.
There are pros and cons to both being too short or too long and to some degree the length will depend on the purpose of the recording and the speed at which you talk. And, of course, all this will differ with each person’s own individual situation and preferences.
