At the Initial Consultation, should I be asking for a full medical history? I don’t know what most medications are for, so it isn’t useful information to me anyway. So why should I ask the questions?
The reason why it is often helpful to ask about medications and other current treatments, is for the additional information gained which may otherwise have been missed.
