Mixing Two Therapists

My patient is suffering from panic attacks when travelling as a passenger (buses, trains, planes).
He saw a hypnotherapist 5 years ago for the same problem and the problem went away but it began again earlier this year.
He has a long-haul flight booked in a few weeks and wants it sorted before then.This week, he returned my CD but in the wrong case – the case is from the previous therapist and states that it should contain a symptom-suppressing “Fear of Flying” recording.
