I have noticed that I get quite a few people who phone my practice when I’m busy or out of hours, who do not leave a message.
I have caller-display on my phone, so I have a record of the phone numbers of those people. It was suggested to me that I should ring them back and see if I can send them a brochure or get them to fix an appointment,
