Question: Asking the patient about the initial reason why his problem had been created, he indicated that it had been mainly required as a Protection.
I asked if there was now any greater need or reason for his problem – and he said yes! – Now it’s needed more as a Prevention.
Which should I treat first?
Have I been provided incomplete treatment to my other patients? I’m not sure, but I don’t think I’ve asked other patients about this – otherwise I would have posed the above question before now!
If the major need for the problem now is as a prevention, that’s what you need to tackle first as that’s the one having the biggest effect currently.
