When I first started treating patients, I needed to find a quick way to write down the responses so that I could keep a meaningful record of the progress of treatment sessions, could review previous sessions to help me choose a direction I haven’t used up to that point, and could analyse my work in a more general way to help me improve – via the Diploma and supervision.
