Question: – A month ago I gave my first treatment which was for smoking. I thought it went really well and I did offer the month free aftercare service. I phoned him a week or so ago and left a message (basically I said it was a courtesy call and to remind him of the offer, but really I wanted to know how it went). Anyway, I just spoke to him and found out that it didn’t work. He said that he did stop smoking for a day but that the desire to smoke hadn’t really gone, and now he’s just smoking as usual. In terms of the aftercare service he said that he had started college and didn’t really have the time to come again.
