Question: If I am using curative hypnotherapy to help someone say improve their sports performance could you explain how that might work given that they may not have any sort of problem at all, they may already be really good at what they do but want to be better?
For sports performance (or any kind of skill, performance or ability), you have to ask yourself a few questions before deciding that LCH is not necessary. If a person is good at a sport but wishes to do better, generally, that’s what training is for. If training and proper coaching is not producing the desired results and a person still feels the need to seek additional help (ie, a hypnotherapist) it must be because something is holding them back or they have some mental or physical block which is preventing them from fulfilling their potential.
If that’s the case, then the only way to SAFELY overcome
