SRBC Components

I have gained much information from the patient, but I can't see the link between the different incidents or how they have led through the R or B to the C. I am becoming confused and lost in the details provided. How can I make it clearer?

Question: I have obtained details of a few incidents from a patient but I’m not sure what to do with them.

I feel my phrasing of the questions is accurate but my linking between the SRBC components needs help. I just can’t get my head round what to do with the bits I find.

For example, I can ask about the reason, and then separately ask about the belief but I’m not sure how to link them during the session.

I have to admit to some confusion on this, as I don’t know how you can ask about the Belief WITHOUT going through the Reason. You need to know the Reason before you can guide the patient towards giving you the information about the Belief which lies behind it.
