Standard Induction

The ‘standard’ or ‘normal’ induction referred to throughout both the Practical and Diploma courses is provided below.

This was the ‘induction of choice’ taught to me when I first trained and through all my years in practice, my experimentation and my many discussions with other hypnotherapists (both LCH and others) – I have yet to find one that is as efficient or effective as this.
