Question:

In this article you refer to starting questioning from ‘the incident that was the first step on the path to the symptom’ but I am not clear on how to direct my questions from that start point so I get the information I need – could you give me an example please?  

The same goes for starting from a trigger event – how do I establish information from this and how do I introduce it to the patient?
