Question: My patient has been suffering for 2 years with panic attacks, she has been taking anti-depressants and sleeping pills prescribed by her doctor during this time, but the symptoms were getting progressively worse.
Her problem began because her husband snored very loudly, waking her. When she was unable to get back to sleep, she started to panic. This progressed on to panic while driving.
