Question: nI've used self-hypnosis for very many things and found that it has been invaluable on many occasions. Could I use it, perhaps with IMR, to cure a problem I have?
With regard to the investigative aspect, if you have enough critical awareness to be able to format accurate questions, analyse the meaning of an answer and think of the next question to ensure you follow a logical direction, then it is unlikely that your conscious mind would be sufficiently distracted to allow your subconscious to respond.
So using Self-Hypnosis and IMR is unlikely to be successful.
