In 1996 Curative Hypnotherapists around the UK were asked to provide details from their practices so that their membership organisation (The Association of Qualified Curative Hypnotherapists, Reg’d Charity 294512) could collate the data and provide statistics of the effectiveness of the treatment. Sadly, only one, poorly photocopied, issue of the final booklet remains and therefore the quality of the pages shown here is poor – but is sufficient to be legible.
