Virtual / Online/ Remote Therapy – My Experience

©  Mary Ratcliffe, 2022

There are 3 articles, linked below, which look at the theory of working remotely. They give very useful information and include loads of considerations that helped those of us working through lock-downs and pre-vaccination Covid-19 virus hyper-vigilance. We needed to know what to watch out for and how to make the best of it, but listed all in one place, maybe they can leave us feeling sure that working online is not a good option if we no longer have to work that way.

I felt the same myself for many years. I now feel differently and want to add my thoughts and my experience into the debate to show that there are up-sides to discover where previously there had only been down-sides. I see this as one of the Covid silver linings that we’ve been offered along the way, and I value it enough to want to share it in case it can help anyone else.
