The following is a full script for introducing the Lift Visualisation Technique, with explanations for why each part is included and worded in the way suggested.
This is a particularly useful technique for both the first questioning session and for the second anti-smoking (AS3) session.

When using the Lift Visualisation, it is always useful to imagine the scene yourself as you create it for your patient; this will then enable you to get the pace and timings correct.
