Smoking Substitute

Question:  I have had an enquiry from a lady who used to smoke 20 or so a day, and then about 2 years ago she attempted to give up by using a nasal spray. She has since been using one spray bottle a week and can’t give up. She says she simply uses it like cigarettes – before and after eating, taking breaks at work etc, so it appears to be a conscious habit.

Would I just treat her in the same way as other smokers? And if so, what would I do with the CD? Would you suggest I adapt it in some way?

Obviously, no decision can be made without a proper consultation, but……..
