Question: I have just had an enquiry from a lady who has had a stroke (a year ago) – my initial view was that a stroke is caused by a blood clot effectively causing a lesion in the brain. The resultant brain damage causes the symptoms – loss of use of limbs, speech impediments etc.
However people recover from strokes with time to a degree – no doubt the brain forges different pathways to get round the damage. Can hypnotherapy help this process?
