Eyes Closed Hand Levitation

If you have a concern that getting responses to your questions through IMR is not working, or that the patient is having difficulty understanding what is required of them, then this suggestion – using the Hand Levitation, during the session, while they are still relaxed – may resolve the situation. Full examples of the instructions to the patient and explanations/reasoning are included.

If, at the start of (or during) questioning, I’m not getting any finger movements or for some reason I don’t think I’m getting subconscious responses, rather than continue trying and risk my patient and I both getting frustrated and disappointed, nowadays, I usually do a form of Hand Levitation to give us a better chance of getting back on track for the next session. I haven’t ever recorded it, and it’s slightly different every time, but this is the kind of thing I usually say:-
