The following paragraphs are a guide to introducing IMR (for the purpose of questioning) to the patient for the first time.
All six points need to be made clearly to each patient.
The following examples may help you in wording your own explanations/instructions to your patients.
Remember – when introducing or explaining anything to your patients, it is not just important to explain what you want from them – but also to make it clear why you want this.
