After I had done my very first reinterpretations I was wondering if it really had been the causative event. Was there really not another ‘why’ behind this reaction? Was there really enough of a LBR/LBW and had the patient really experienced and interpreted it in that way, or, was it only based on my assumption and interpretation and, therefore, justification for the reinterpretation on top of it that made this LBR/LBW criteria fit?
